Mission: The mission of Leadership Cuming County is to develop and retain community leaders in order to ensure the growth and progression of Cuming County.

Purpose: Leadership programs are designed to foster communities’ quality of life through leadership development, awareness, enhancement, and community involvement.

The purpose of the Cuming County Leadership Program is to identify emerging leaders within our communities and expand their resources that will benefit their organization and their respective communities.

The program will include several personal and professional educational classes that will focus on addressing key community issues, opportunities and resources.

The goal for this program is to prepare and educate the future leaders of Cuming County who will continue to grow and shape the communities.
